Because our cakes are made to order

Our cakes are freshly prepared and often personalised. For this reason, we do not accept “returns” once a cake has been collected or delivered. If something is not right, we will always aim to resolve it fairly and quickly. (This mirrors common bakery policy structures for made-to-order cakes.)

Changes to your order

Small changes (for example, colour tweaks or wording) may be possible if requested early enough. Changes requested close to the event date may not be possible.

Cancellations

Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date or order. If an order is cancelled, any payment made cannot be moved onto a future booking.

We take real pride in the quality of every cake we create. If you have any concerns about your cake, please notify us at pick-up or immediately upon delivery so we can address it fairly. Please provide clear photos within this timeframe.

Deposits and booking fees

To secure your date, we may require a non-refundable 50% deposit (cakes with a price less than 150 pounds should be paid in full) with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the occasion. For shorter notice orders a full payment is required. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit (or full payment) is received.

Problems on delivery or collection

Please check your cake at collection or delivery (and before we leave, where possible). If anything isn’t right, let us know immediately at handover. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer one of the following: a correction (where feasible).

Allergies and dietary requirements

Our kitchen may handle common allergens like Eggs, Milk, Wheat (Gluten), Soy, Nuts (please specify below), Peanuts, Sesame, Sulphites, Shellfish (if applicable), Lupin, Other

If you have a severe allergy, please tell us clearly at the inquiry stage so we can advise what is possible.

Return Policy

Because this is a downloadable product, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once it has been purchased.
